Gradient Nails

Love how these gradient nails look! It brightens up my day

So, I'm going to teach you guys on how to do gradient nails. Here are 10 easy steps:

First, you have to apply basecoat to your nails. You can use any basecoat that you have, any will do.
Apply the first choice of color 2/3 all the way down to the tip of your nail. Apply two coats and allow it to dry.
Get the second color of you choice and cut a small piece of a make up sponge (this is to create a stipple effect on the black nail polish so that it won't create a harsh fade line effect)
Apply it to the bottom part of your nail.
Blend the two colors using the make up sponge and let it dry thoroughly.
Get a palette or mirror and do two stripes of both colors
Dip another cosmetic sponge in the middle of both colors and stipple it on your nail (gently stipple it over a few times until it diffuses the line)
Here's an example of a stipple effect. Apply a topcoat to your nails depending on how smooth you want you nail polish to be.
Lastly, use a cotton bud and a nail polish remover to clean up the edges.
And there you have it! Your very own gradient nails.

Had dinner with my friends at Mooon Cafe! One thing I can't forget about that night was when we ordered a set of beer and the waiter who took our orders actually asked as if we were 18 years old! Somehow half of it I took as a compliment and for the other half well, it would just prove to us that we looked like kids because of our height! Poor us.
